At OXE Proteins, we believe strength starts from the inside out.

 

OXE was born in the kitchen — not a lab. Our journey began with two private chefs who wanted more from the protein bar world.  More flavor. Better ingredients. Options they could actually feel good about recommending to the athletes and high performers they cooked for every day.

As chefs for NBA players, NFL pros, and top-tier CEOs, we saw the same problem again and again: bars that promised performance but delivered bloating, crashes, and confusion. So we went back to basics and did what we do best — we made something better.

It all started with a homemade crispy treat for Chef Kaylee’s daughter at the gym — a nostalgic snack reimagined with real ingredients and balanced macros. When her pro clients tried it, they were hooked. Chef Anthony helped perfect the texture and flavor, and soon gyms were asking to stock it.

OXE stands for strength. For resilience. For excellence.

We’re Kaylee, Anthony, and Kelsi — the team behind OXE and the spirit that drives it. A chef duo and a marketer with a shared love for great food, big goals, and living life to the fullest.

 

We’re the type of people who train hard, laugh often, and bring our best to the table — whether it’s for pro athletes or our own families.

Kaylee and Anthony are the chefs, known for fueling NBA players, NFL pros, and top-performing execs with meals that balance flavor and function. Kelsi is the marketing mind, a Navy veteran with a knack for building brands that connect and inspire.

 

Together, we bring a fresh, approachable energy to the wellness space — rooted in real ingredients, real performance, and a real love for what we do.

CHEF KAYLEE

Chef Kaylee is a culinary expert with over 14 years of experience in creating high-performance menus for top athletes and executives.

 

A graduate of The Art Institute of Michigan, she combines her expertise in nutrition and culinary management to craft meals that fuel peak performance.

 

Kaylee specializes in biohacking to optimize physical health, having worked with NBA and NFL athletes to improve their performance through tailored meals.

When asked, “What’s your biggest flex?” she says,

“I walk into most situations with a fun, carefree attitude — nothing’s ever that serious… except maybe this photo.”

Chef Anthony is a plant-forward culinary specialist with over a decade of experience creating thoughtful, flavor-packed meals for professional athletes and high-performing families.

Rooted in his Sicilian heritage, Anthony brings heart, balance, and a deep respect for ingredients to every dish.

 

He’s spent years working as a private chef in both Cleveland and Los Angeles, crafting meals that support recovery, energy, and long-term health.

 

His background in vegan cuisine and passion for performance-based eating make him a go-to for clients looking to fuel their bodies without sacrificing flavor.

When asked, "What's the wildest thing you've ever done?" his response is, "Sh*t, you got a few hours?"

Kelsi is a Navy veteran, marketing strategist, and co-founder of OXE Proteins — known for building brands with heart, edge, and staying power.

With a background in business and a sharp eye for storytelling, she’s the creative force behind the scenes, shaping how OXE shows up in the world.

 

Whether she’s leading brand strategy, developing campaigns, or jumping in to support a new launch, Kelsi brings a fun, grounded energy that keeps the mission clear and the momentum strong.

When asked, "If you were Elon rich, what would you do?" She would say, "Sensibly, I’d pay off all debt. Then I’d launch a few passion projects, build some businesses I believe in… and maybe have a little fun in the Mediterranean."
